The Rules

Please schedule your appointments one (1) to three (3) months in advance.

Please allow us 24-48 hours to contact you. We do not respond when we are working at another event.

Make a note of your appointment times! We send your confirmed times via text message or email. All cell phones have calendars with reminders on them as well as alarms.

If you DO NOT receive a confirmed appointment time the day before the event begins, please call us!

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled within 2 days of the start of the event will be charged the full amount of the services fee!

Please be conscious of your arrival time. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more will be required to wait until time becomes available.

If you need to reach us during an event, text or call us. Be advised, we do not closely monitor our phone as we are busy assisting other clients. Please use a house phone or come by the room for a more immediate response.

Hair should be clean and dry. It may be washed either the night before or the morning of. No products in the hair unless otherwise instructed to do so.

Very curly hair should be straightened prior to your appointment unless otherwise instructed.

When keeping your hair overnight, please bring a satin pillowcase to protect your hair.

For makeup clients: you may prep your face as you do on a daily basis prior to your appointment. If you have ANY allergies to certain cosmetics or any other special concerns (ie. brushes or use of your personal cosmetics) please call us to discuss your concerns.
